We provide leadership and management development training that delivers real and measurable performance improvements for individuals and teams. We also provide various certifications in various diagnostic tools for coaches and practitioners and we provide an emotional intelligence certification.

The Emotionally Intelligent Leader 

International research reveals that Emotional Intelligence (EQ) differentiates leaders from managers and is a strong indicator of star performance.  In “Working With Emotional Intelligence”, Daniel Goleman reported that 80-90% of the competencies that differentiate top performers are in the domain of emotional intelligence. This session focuses on the benefits of EQ to leadership by exploring:

Performance Leadership

These organisations understand that performance leadership is critical to their culture.  Leaders need the tools, skills and systems to have tough conversations, challenge behaviours and build individual and team potential. This session will explore:

The Leader as a Coach 

In these times of rapid change with high levels of complexity/uncertainty and a workforce spanning different generations, the leader can no longer rely on knowledge and control. The role of the leader must shift to one of shaping the understanding, development, and learning of team members. The leader becomes a coach. In this session, we’ll explore:

Mind Science for Leaders

The latest findings in neuroscience provide substantial evidence about brain function and new insights into leadership. In this session we explore new insights into the role the brain plays in peak performance as we examine:

  • The impact of the brain’s “threat” and “reward” response in the workplace
  • Tips for leaders to manage their focus and attention and avoid workplace distractions
